Campbell River Residential Lots with Ocean Views

Last week, I took a drive around Campbell River, and was very surprised to see the variety of residential lots for sale; a lot of them feature ocean views. There are two smaller subdivisions, The Newport, is a unique small eight-lot gated subdivision, that comes with four private docks between adjoining lots that is situated facing the estuary, the marina and the ocean.  Rivers Edge, Oceanfront Living is located right down the road and has ocean front lots also facing the ocean and Quadra Island. Prices of lots in these two projects start in the $ 400,000 range. I drove down to the south area of Campbell River, where there was quite a few developments offering residential lots for sale. One of the developments, Parkway Estates is located conveniently near the intersection of Jubilee Parkway and the Island Highway and offers residential lots, starting at around $ 79,000. Many houses have already been completed within the subdivision and there is a variety of lots to choose from, some with ocean views, as this development is located a short five minute walk to the ocean. There is a large selection of lots to choose from in this area, some with very attractive prices.
