New Townhouse Project Moving Forward in the Comox Valley, on Vancouver Island

Courtenay Council gave approval to the development permit application for a 21-unit townhouse project in July of 2010 pending the completion of a few outstanding items. The applicant and the planning staff continue to address the items in the hopes that an agreement will be reached in February. The revised plan will allow for more green space for this project which is located at the bottom of Ryan Road in Courtenay. A building permit has also been applied for and construction is expected to begin on the townhouses once the development permit and have been approved.
