New Vancouver Island Real Estate Development at Crown Isle

City of Courtenay in the Comox Valley Approves  Crown Isle Home Development

A development for 18 new Vancouver Island homes at Crown Isle Golf & Resort Community has been approved subject to conditions.

The development plan is located at the corner of Crown Isle and Malahat drives at the Crown Isle Golf & Resort Community in the Comox Valley.  The golf course multi-family development will consist of four single-family homes and seven duplexes and construction of these Comox Valley homes is targeted for the summer.

Each of these Vancouver Island homes is aimed at retired or part-time residents and will contain between 1,900 and 2,100 square feet of living space over two floors.  Before the final approval is given for the development permit on these Crown Isle homes, an irrigation plan must be submitted. Prior to a building permit being issued for these Vancouver Island homes, a storm water management plan will also be required.
