Award Winners for Vancouver Island Real Estate Projects
Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s third annual Commercial Building Awards gala for the Vancouver Island region held at the Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort in Parksville on April 15th, was a huge success. Winners of the various awards were spread throughout Vancouver Island.
The Hospitality Award was presented to Crown Mansion, a Vancouver Island real estate property that overlooks the Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf Course. Crown Mansion is located in the heart of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island and offers luxury vacation/condominium properties known as “The Villas”. The Villas vacation properties provide modern luxury in a heritage setting.
The runners up for the Awards of Merit went to The Beach Club Resort in the “Mixed Use” (Commercial/Residential/Industrial) category. The Beach Club Resort is located in Parksville on Vancouver Island and is a luxurious vacation property that offers spectacular ocean and mountain views.
The Texada in Nanaimo, is a luxury ocean view condominium development that offers incredible ocean views of the Georgia Strait and the coastal mountains has received an award in the category of Multi Family Condominiums.
