Construction is underway on the first four new vacation homes located on the shores of Sproat Lake in the community of Port Alberni on Vancouver Island. They are expected to be completed in September of this year. The developer, Maples Enterprises Ltd., have stated that the new homes will range in size from 1.000 to 1,250 square feet and will feature one and two bedroom floor plans. This project will contain 24 units when it is completely built out. The disclosure statement is expected to be completed in the next month. Prices will be announced in July.
