Rezoning of Comox Property for New Homes on Vancouver Island

New Vancouver Island Real Estate Development for Townhouses and Condominiums

The Town of Comox on Vancouver Island has given final approval for a rezoning application for a new Vancouver Island real estate development in Beckton Estates located in the Comox Valley.

The new Vancouver Island real estate development with consist of two multi-family sites and a small component of commercial property.  The Comox Valley development calls for 5,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial property with three Vancouver Island condominium units on the second floor.  In addition there will be 32 Vancouver Island townhouse units in seven buildings.
