Design for Phase V of a Multi-Phase Residential Project now Completed

A new Vancouver Island real estate project in Campbell River has completed its Phase V design work, and development of their project will occur at a future date.

Phases III and IV of Discovery Plateau located in Campbell River have now been completed and these Vancouver Island residential lots are being offered for sale. The area that is located between Erickson Road and Jubilee Parkway in Campbell River has been designated for single family residential development.
