Quinsam Crossing Ready for Occupancy

The Vancouver Island commercial subdivision of Quinsam Crossing is now complete and ready for occupancy with all services installed including paving, street lighting and landscaping.

The We Wai Kai Nation of Campbell River is seeking to attract a mix of commercial, retail, sports and recreation uses for its 60-acre site. The Band’s goal is to create a destination retail gateway to Campbell River for the entire North Vancouver Island. The Band has opened a Shell gas station.

Services such as water and sewer were installed with the government funding of $3 million. The entire Vancouver Island project will cost approximately $4.5 million.

Plans have been drawn up for a 30,000 square foot building with three others that are under consideration for the site in Campbell River. There is interest from a number of potential tenants for this Vancouver Island commercial opportunity.
