New Comox Valley Project could Include High End Condos
The Legion in Comox on Vancouver Island is in the early stages to redesign its site located on Comox Avenue.
The new Vancouver Island real estate redevelopment of the Comox Valley site location could include high end condominiums, commercial space and a new legion hall.
The project is presently in the preliminary stages of a market and site study. The Comox Legion will need to determine whether the Vancouver Island real estate project will be self financed or if it will be seeking outside partnership.
Once the plan has been developed, the general membership will be required to vote on the proposal.
There was a special meeting held last week to present a preliminary plan to the general membership.
