Courtenay City Approves Application for Development Permit
Kinetic Construction is the general contractor for the new Comox Valley Nissan building on Vancouver Island. The new Comox Valley development will be located in Courtenay on the 2.5 acre parcel of land behind Courtenay Mazda at 535 Silverdale Crescent on the other side of Ryan Road, opposite Crown Isle.
An application for a development permit has been approved by the City of Courtenay for the Comox Valley Nissan project and a building permit has been issued in the amount of $2 million.
The new two storey building on Vancouver Island will be 11,000 square feet. Riverside Nissan will be changing their name to Comox Valley Nissan.
Construction of the new Comox Valley dealership will begin in August with an estimated completion date of March of 2011. Comox Valley Nissan will also offer RV sales and service at their new site.
